Two years ago I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. And two months ago I lost a good friend to cancer. I have always been interested in good eating and health, but since the arrival of my son and the departure of my gorgeous friend, I have become more and more interested in what makes us sick, fat and depressed. And of course, what makes us healthy, fit and happy to be here. And how money and profit can interfere.
I really enjoyed this documentary, free to watch online for another 9 days. What do you think of it?

Hello You :) I've been meaning to pop in & say hello for a while now. Life has been super busy & my blog has been neglected for months now! Tsk, tsk.
I watched 'Sick, Fat & Nearly Dead' about two months ago & although a little cheesy, it was pretty inspiring. Much like this one! I'm all for cutting out the badies, especially sugar which seems to looooove me, I can't get rid of it completely. Everything in moderation I suppose! Hugs xo.
This movie was fantastic!
Thanks for alerting me to it. Andy and I are so inspired...we're pretty good but are always looking for ways to improve xx
